The chairman of Vietnam Textile and Garment Group (Vinatex) led a delegation to visit and exchange in UNRISE

From March 27th to 28th, the chairman of Vietnam Textile and Garment Group (Vinatex) led a delegation to visit and exchange in SUNRISE. As a leading enterprise in Vietnam's textile industry, Vinatex, along with the senior executives of its core enterprises such as Hoa Tho Textile and Hue Textile, focused on inspecting the technological innovation achievements of SUNRISE in the fields of flexible intelligent manufacturing of textiles and garments, industrial Internet platforms, and intelligent warehousing. They also exchanged views with the company's management on the implementation plan for the transformation of intelligent factories in Southeast Asia. Jointly promote the intelligent upgrade of the regional textile industry.

At the SUNRISE Digital Intelligence Exhibition Hall, the Vinatex delegation immersively observed the actual operation scenarios of the "Artificial Intelligence Flexible Intelligent Manufacturing Integrated Solution". Through the interactive demonstration of the intelligent Manufacturing collaboration platform IMS, the AI digital twin management platform and VR devices, the delegation gained an intuitive understanding of how  AI digital intelligence solution builds a full-chain closed loop from intelligent factory scheduling, full-process digital intelligence control to flexible production lines, helping enterprises establish a data-driven intelligent decision-making center. Enhance the efficiency of digital management and the level of enterprise decision-making management.

At the symposium, the management of SUNRISEi extended a warm welcome to the Vinatex delegation. Based on the current situation of the textile industry in Southeast Asia, they systematically analyzed the company's product matrix, service ecosystem and benchmark cases, providing customized flexible manufacturing solutions for the intelligent transformation of the region. The chairman of Vinatex Group showed great interest in the company's "small order quick response" customized solution, commenting: "China's manufacturing experience provides a brand-new digital and intelligent idea for the breakthrough of Vietnam's textile industry!"

During the inspection, the Vinatex delegation visited the SUNRISE AI Clothing Intelligent Dojo and the Jiangsu Hailan Cloud Service Intelligent Factory successively. They conducted an in-depth inspection of the unmanned three-dimensional warehouse and real-time data monitoring center driven by AI technology of SUNRISE, and expressed high recognition of the efficient model of the intelligent factory.

During the visit to the "Hailan Cloud Service Intelligent Factory", one of the first batch of outstanding intelligent factories recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, which was created by SUNRISE & Hailan Home, the Vinatex delegation closely observed the integrated application of the intelligent hanging system, intelligent sorting system and digital and intelligent collaborative platform, and witnessed the full-process intelligent operation from material storage, production scheduling to finished product sorting in the industry benchmark factory.

As the core market of Saint SUNRISE's global layout, the rapid development of Vietnam's textile industry is promoting the deepening of cooperation between the two sides. At present, the company is jointly building a smart factory demonstration base covering Southeast Asia with partners such as Vinatex Group through flexible manufacturing solutions, and simultaneously exploring innovative models for cross-border supply chain collaboration.
